Foundling Museum

The Foundling Museum tells the poignant story of the Foundling Hospital, London’s first children’s charity and first public art gallery. Housed in a Grade II-listed Georgian-style building, the Museum offers a mix of historic interiors and contemporary event spaces, providing a unique setting for your wedding, drinks reception, meeting, dinner or parties. Located in Bloomsbury, central London, near Russell Square and Holborn underground stations, and both Euston and King’s Cross St Pancras International, making it an accessible location to all.

The Museum is ideal for both small or large, lavish weddings. The Court Room provides the perfect setting for an intimate wedding breakfast with its sumptuous Rococo interior. Guests can dine amongst works by great British painters William Hogarth and Thomas Gainsborough, with windows overlooking Brunswick Square. If you are looking for a larger space then dinner can be served in the Picture Gallery, which is well-suited for speeches and houses a selection of artistic treasures. The ground floor is ideal for dancing. The Museum’s interiors and adjacent Brunswick Square provide the perfect backdrop for wedding photographs.
