Paternoster Chop House

Make the most of fine days on our terrace with the backdrop of St.Paul’s Cathedral or soak up the atmosphere in the Paternoster Chop House’s bustling restaurant and vibrant bar.

Make an impression by hosting an event at Sir Christopher Wren’s Temple Bar, which for 200 years marked the gateway to the City of London near St Paul’s and now serves as an imposing an entranceway to Paternoster Square. Suitable for up to 14 guests seated for a special lunch or dinner or for a drinks and canapé reception for up to 20 people, Temple Bar is a unique location, which is steeped in history.

If you prefer a larger event the bar and restaurant can accommodate 250 people for a standing reception or 130 seated guests. The bright, modern interior space is perfectly contrasted with our historic location and sought-after views from the terrace, making it the ideal setting.

Alternatively there is the terrace, which is set against the backdrop of one of the City’s most iconic landmarks, St Paul’s Cathedral, covered and heated, perfect for open-air drinking and dining.
